Refund Policy
General Policy 1. General Policy Refund policies for events listed on Tiky are determined primarily by the event organizer. 2. Eligible Refund Situations Refunds may be issued if: ● The event is cancelled ● The event is rescheduled and the attendee cannot attend ● The organizer authorizes a refund 3. Non-Refundable Situations Tickets are generally non-refundable if: ● The attendee chooses not to attend ● The ticket was purchased by mistake after confirmation ● The event occurs as scheduled 4. Refund Request Process To request a refund: 1. Submit a request through the Tiky platform or support email 2. Provide the ticket ID and purchase details 3. The request will be reviewed with the event organizer Refund decisions may take 5 - 10 business days. 5. Processing Refunds Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. 6. Service Fees in some cases: ● Platform service fees may be non-refundable ● Payment processing fees may apply 7. Fraud Prevention Tiky reserves the right to deny refund requests that show signs of abuse or fraud.
